Trauma Therapy
Trauma isn’t just in your mind — your body holds the story too. True healing comes when both body and mind are given the space to release, restore, and reconnect.
Why receive therapy:
I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s ‘wrong’ with you, but about giving yourself the space to be seen, heard, and supported. Life can leave us carrying stories in our bodies and hearts that feel too heavy to hold alone. Therapy offers a place to lay some of that weight down, to make sense of your experiences, and to begin healing in a way that feels safe and empowering.
How I work — Trauma Resiliency Model & Somatic Practices:
In my work, I integrate the Trauma Resiliency Model and other somatic practices to support both the mind and the body in healing. Trauma often lives in the nervous system, showing up as anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. By using body-based tools alongside traditional therapy, I help you gently reset your nervous system, increase awareness of your body’s signals, and develop resources that bring a greater sense of safety, balance, and empowerment.
