Infertility Therapy

Healing begins with being heard and finding support that honors both your mind and body.

When to receive therapy:
Struggling with infertility can take a deep emotional toll. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by sadness, guilt, or anger, if your relationships are strained, or if the process of treatments and waiting feels unbearable, therapy can offer support. Reaching out means you’re giving yourself a safe place to process what you’re carrying.”

How therapy supports you:
Infertility is more than a medical experience: it impacts your sense of identity, hope, and connection. Therapy provides a space to release the emotions you may feel you can’t share anywhere else, to find calm in the midst of uncertainty, and to rebuild strength for the journey ahead. You deserve to feel supported, understood, and not alone.

Modalities I use:
I integrate the Trauma Resiliency Model, somatic practices, and mind-body approaches to support healing on both emotional and physical levels. These practices help regulate the nervous system, ease stress, and restore a sense of safety in the body. Combined with compassionate talk therapy, they offer tools to navigate grief, strengthen resilience, and stay connected to yourself throughout your fertility journey.

You deserve a safe place to be seen, held, and supported through this journey. I’m here to walk beside you.
